Do we compete with you after certification?

Is CostCtrl mandatory?
The methodology is delivered on CostCtrl, and platform terms are part of the programme. That is what lets a certified partner deliver in weeks instead of building tooling for a year.
How long until our team runs solo?
Typically after the certification plus the first co-delivered engagements. The proposal states the expected span; the hard cases keep our senior partner one call away afterwards.
What does it cost?
By proposal: an enablement fee, the co-delivery split, and platform terms. We state the enablement days, the profiles and your team's commitment in writing before either side signs.
