For Controllers

You can run the model. You just need the method.

You live in the close, the variance reports and the board pack. You don't need another consultant's deck, you need the method and a working model you can keep. We transfer Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing and a cost-to-serve model wired to your own data, so your team runs it, and extends it, long after we leave.

The method

TDABC, transferred to your team

Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing, taught on your own data, not a textbook case. Time equations instead of a forest of drivers, so the model is maintainable by the people who close the books, and survives the next product launch and the next reorg.

The model

Wired to the data you already export

Built on your ERP and billing exports, recalculating cost to serve down to the order. It produces the whale curve, the margin cascade and the customer P&L your business cases need, and it keeps producing them after we are gone.

We build the first model with you

On your real data, side by side with your controllers and FP&A. You see every assumption, every time equation, every rate, because you are the ones who will own them.

We certify your team on the method

Through the Profitability Lab: hands-on sessions that take your people from following the model to extending it. The goal is independence, not a retainer.

You run it, and grow it

Monthly refresh from exports, new questions answered without us, scenarios modelled before decisions. The model becomes a standing asset, not a slide that ages.

WHERE A EURO OF REVENUE ACTUALLY GOES

Illustrative. The method pushes each cost of serving, picking, shipping, support, returns, admin, down onto the order, leaving the true contribution the P&L hides. This is the engine your team learns to run.

A report you cannot reproduce is a dead end. A model you run is an asset that compounds.

Common questions

Can our team really run this after you leave?
That is the whole design. We build on your data, certify your controllers and FP&A on the method through the Profitability Lab, and hand over a documented model. You are meant to be self-sufficient; we design ourselves out of the room.
How is TDABC different from the ABC we tried before?
Traditional ABC collapses under its own driver count and dies the moment the business changes. Time-Driven ABC uses time equations: far fewer inputs, updated from data you already have, maintainable month after month without an army of cost allocations.
What data and tools do we need?
The exports you already produce: ERP, WMS or billing. No system change and nothing to buy. The model can live in your own stack or in CostCtrl if you want it automated, but the method is tool-agnostic.
How long until we are self-sufficient?
A first working model lands in weeks. Certification through the Profitability Lab runs alongside it, so by handover your team is already driving. From there you extend it yourselves.

Bring the model in-house, for good.
