Training · 2nd wave

Your team builds the model, with our hands on theirs.

Hands-on TDABC training for finance and controlling teams, on the CostCtrl platform, using your own data. Not slideware: by the end, your team has a working cost and profitability model and the habits to keep it alive. In person or online, in English, Portuguese or Spanish.

What you receive

A capability, not a certificate on a shelf.

01

A working model on your data

The workshops run on your ERP and operational exports, not on a textbook case. The exercise ends with your whale curve, not a fictional one.

02

Time equations your team wrote

The team learns to write and defend the time equations for your activities, the skill that keeps a TDABC model honest after we leave.

03

Follow-through, not a goodbye

Structured accompaniment after the workshops: review sessions on the model your team maintains, until the refresh cycle runs without us.

The format

Workshops plus accompaniment.

The exact mix is designed per team; the shape is always the same.

Foundations

Why volume-based costing lies, and where ABC breaks. The case for time equations.

Build

Hands-on in CostCtrl: pools, rates, time equations, first allocations on your data.

Read and defend

Whale curves, cost-to-serve, capacity. Presenting the numbers to a sceptical room.

Keep it alive

The monthly refresh routine, and review sessions with us until it sticks.

How it is sized

Designed per team, priced by proposal.

Sessions, group size and accompaniment depth vary with the team and the model's ambition. The proposal states all of it before you commit.

SessionsA number of workshop sessions or days, in person or online, stated in the proposal
TraineesSized for a working team, not an auditorium; the number of participants is agreed up front

FAQ

What teams ask us.

Do we need CostCtrl to attend?
No. The Academy runs on CostCtrl as the working environment, and the licence for the training period is part of the engagement. Teams that continue with the platform keep their model; the methodology itself is portable.
Is it theoretical or hands-on?
Hands-on by design. The slides exist to frame the exercises; the exercises run on your own exports. The deliverable is a model and a team that can defend it, not a binder.
Who should attend?
The people who will own the model: controlling, FP&A, finance. A session for the leadership team on reading the outputs is a common add-on.
In person or online?
Both work. In person compresses the build phase; online spreads it into shorter sessions with homework on the model. Mixed formats are common.
Why no public price?
Because sessions, participants and accompaniment depth vary per team. The proposal states the number of sessions, the profiles and the estimate of your team's time, before you commit.
Build the capability

The model your team never has to outsource again.

Tell us the team's size and ambition, and we come back with a format and a written proposal.
